The Home Buyers Centre (HBC) for the ANZ National Bank has delivered a new online presence for the NZ home loan market.
Designed to support customer acquisition and customer retention strategies, the initial phase of the HBC has been promoted as a one-stop-shop for first home buyers. Guiding users through the 7-step buying process, the site offers easy to understand content, mortgage product information, interactive tools, helpful advice and a subscription service for further information.
Due the specific nature of the HBC content/tools and the segmented target audience, the new website required a different navigation model, a new information architecture and incorporates a different visual design from that of the current National Bank website while still adhering to existing bank branding guidelines.
The HBC caters to a range of different customer types, including: first home buyers, second home buyers, property investors, re-financing customers, property sellers and home builders. As an indication of size, HBC has on average 400,000 hits/clicks per month!!
